Deniz Kiral, CPA, MA, MSF
Founder
Chair Washington Society of CPA International Tax Committee
Deniz Kiral trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago in a merged international tax and transfer pricing practice — working on Fortune 100 engagements alongside senior firm leadership. He subsequently held international tax positions at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. He has been a CPA since 1991 with more than 25 years of experience in international tax planning and advisory.
Deniz founded Turquoise Tax Advisory to deliver Big-4 planning depth — transfer pricing and supply chain optimization, cross-border M&A and structuring, international estate and trust planning, and pre-immigration planning — with the direct access that large firms cannot offer.
He chairs the WSCPA International Tax Committee and has built a formal alliance between the WSCPA and the Washington State Bar international tax section, providing CLE credit at the International Tax Conference. He is a member of the Tax Transactional Network (TTN) global tax network and holds the U.S. International Tax Certificate from the AICPA and CIMA.
